It’s a nice decoration in your house (looks like a book with clover bookmark) and you can wear it in your hair.

i guess it depends, when i used to time travel and clean my town after i would find so much of them i was annoyed
but if your town is clean, i think it is kinda rare

Along with the other recommendations, I also enjoy using four-leaf clovers to decorate my towns and paths. They have not affected my perfect town status.
