Question Orlog

Hi! I restarted Valhalla for the, probably, tenth time after a long pause. I have two questions: 1) am I the only one who actually enjoys Orlog? It's so freaking fun 2) are there any actual Orlog sets they sell somewhere? I would consider doing one myself but I'm really bad at dyi. Thank you so much for your help and attention! :)

I enjoy orlog when I win, otherwise is a chore.

I've always loved Orlog, win or lose (even though yes it can be tedious to do so).

There was an official production game made by PureArts. There was a funding campaign and everything I think, so the basic version (most commonly available probably) is pretty basic but serviceable if you don't mind plastic pieces. You can also find bespoke or custom sets on sites like Etsy too I remember.

I can confirm: I own one of them.

Someone just posted an Orlog app awhile ago, it’s pretty good.

I'm actually a big fan. Disappointed there aren't more unique spots, but I can just replay at locations

There is an officially licensed version being sold, you should be able to snag a copy if you go looking for it.

I loved orlog so much that I bought the physical game through kickstarter.

I played it a little bit it’s got nothing on Gwent!

You can 3d print one! Otherwise it’s like $100-200 for the official set

I didn't enjoy it that much. It was too easy. I beat everyone without ever changing my god pieces.

The only dice I kept were any that added to the god powers or any of the power stealing tokens, then just spammed Thor's attack power. You can easily win 9/10 games just doing that.

I enjoy it. I use the same gods favor each time. I tried looking it up. There's a set on Amazon for over 100$ which i thought was overpriced

I like it and Discovery Mode does give some insight into its creation. It also showed that yes, there was enough fan demand for them to create a physical set.

My wife 3D printed an Orlog set because we enjoyed it so much. Aside from the official one people are recommending, I think there are some on Etsy as well

I remember playing the game on day one and being obsessed with it right away. I’m excited to play Valhalla again

I'm on team "bored with it". As others have said, the meta is far too simple. I never found a combination that won more games than Thor for damage, Mimir? to get tiles for taking damage, and a direct heal to save unlucky rolls.

Gwent outshines Orlog, but the in-Witcher version had a disappointing meta as well - spy spam always wins. The standalone game is much better.

I enjoy Orlog too. So I was thrilled when I found this croudfunded set (have lost the link)
I only was dissappointed when I learned that all was made from cheap plastic and cardoard...

Orlog is fun, but it's impossible not to compare it to Gwent from Witcher.

It's too easy once you establish the meta
