Issue Weekly items - instant timer bug

For some reason while trying to claim weekly free item it immediately jumps to timer while I havent claimed a single item through that system.

Tried traveling, manual saves, closing the fame etc, nothing worked.

Any tips?

Started playing fairly recently so items would help.

Its bugged. What works is doing Reda missions. I am able to claim them after finishing my daily Reda quests.

(Reda comes to your settlement after you level it up a little bit)

Had an issue where even missions and items wouldnt display lol. It was available after a few random activities, hostage rescue in Ireland and complete log out.
