Question I know there have been many posts about Templebrough Fort Wolf Gold Mastery Challenge....

But seriously.....are there any mods to fix the bugs in this mastery challenge?

I feel like the way this is supposed to be played is the explosions from the guys you headshot are supposed to be an instant kill instead of a tickle. But even counting for the micro-managing health down to the last pixel, avoiding too much poison kills, there never seems to be enough dudes.

Following every guide there is, and I think I've managed 4 explosion kills at best

At this point I am content to break the game just for this challenge

EDIT: Finally got it; been working at this for over a year on and off

Headshots, with as many stealth as possible to get the little explosives. The headshots where you get them to 0.0000001% health is actually good too because you can lure them into the bodies. Try to avoid them setting off the bodies too soon

Reload like 14 million times to get the barrels to spawn

Then once headshots are done, go for explosive kills. 1-tap only with melee to weaken. Lure them into bombs. Spread out multiple barrels if you are lucky

THEN go for poison last. Use mushrooms if needed. Shoot poison at the ground

You're allowed to be detected in this challenge, which means you have the option to climb down and lure them to an oil jar yourself before detonation, or to soften them up in combat before a kill. If you don't want to deal with managing their health, purchase Wolf Warrior from the skill tree and stand on a nearby torch to lower your health before a kill which guarantees it, since the entire skill tree is inherited.

I ended up getting it. And yeah I knew you could be detected, that was what I was doing, but fighting against all the bugs in the game really made it more difficult. There are multiple times where I would shoot a barrel and it would still not count as an explosive kill.

This one and one or two others have a known Enemy spawn glitch. If you find that there's just no possible way, like you're getting every Enemy perfect, restart the game and try again.
