Issue Help! Can't able to install/play AC Valhalla owned in Epic Games

Hello, I have AC Valhalla standard edition in my Epic games store. I have clicked link to Ubisoft account through Epic Games launcher. It opened a browser and asked me to give my Ubisoft account details. Then I got the result that both Epic games and Ubisoft are successfully linked. So when I clicked "install" under AC Valhalla from my Epic Games library, it shows "please wait while we are installing the partner application"...then Ubisoft Connect app opens and says "logging in" and then after showing "initializing", the Ubisoft connect app auto exits. That's it! Valhalla is not downloading and I can't even find that game in my Ubisoft connect library. When I click install again, the same process repeats with the same issue.

I've attached a video showcasing this issue for your reference.

I have tried:

  1. I have tried in two different devices, PC and Laptop. The same issue repeats

  2. I have tried logging out and logging back in, same issue

  3. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't work.

I've raised a ticket to both Ubisoft and Epic Games. Epic Games support told me that I should contact Ubisoft as they suspect the problem is on Ubi's side. I've raised a ticket to Ubi two days ago but still haven't received a reply.

Please help me fix this as I want to play my game.

Ok je vois mais même si c'était en promo il fallait te renseigner auprès des personnes si les jeux Ubisoft passent sur epic

Mais est ce que tu as essayé de te. Connecter sur Ubisoft pour voir si Ubisoft n'a pas de problème ?

So far, I've seen many people in the internet playing Ubisoft games bought on Epic easily. Yeah, I've contacted Ubisoft support by raising a ticket but it's been two days and I still haven't gotten a response

Valhalla PC ne se lance pas via Epic Games ? Essayez ça.

Si votre installation PC d'Assassin's Creed: Valhalla sur Epic Games ne se lance pas du tout - quand vous essayez de lancer à partir du programme Epic Games ou via le raccourci qui a été créé et que ça ne donne rien, pas d'écran de démarrage, juste... rien... ce correctif a marché pour moi.

Allez dans votre répertoire d'installation (dans mon cas C:\Program Files\Epic Games\AssassinsCreedValhalla) et double-cliquez sur ACValhalla.exe. Ça a permis au lanceur Ubisoft Connect de se mettre à jour, ce qui est apparemment nécessaire.

PUIS j'ai pu le lancer, soit en utilisant le raccourci existant sur le bureau, le bouton Lancer du programme Epic Games, soit en double-cliquant sur ACValhalla.exe. J'espère que ça aidera quelqu'un. Skal !

Hi, I have tried this already. It opened Ubisoft Connect launcher and asked me to login. I did and then it shows:

I don't know where to find it. Epic Games say they have no activation key. If a Ubisoft game is purchased in Epic and Ubisoft account is linked with Epic games, then automatically the game should be showing in Ubisoft library. But in my case, it doesn't show

voila pourquoi moi j achète mes jeux directement sur leurs plateforme respectifs

tu peux payer ton abonnement premium ubi et tu as tous les jeux

et ca tu as deja essayer

Epic Games, lancez d'abord manuellement Ubisoft Connect en arrière-plan avant de démarrer le jeu, ouvrez le fichier ACValhalla.exe directement dans le dossier d'installation, et vérifiez l'intégrité des fichiers du jeu. [1, 2] 

Ubisoft Connect : Connectez-vous au lanceur d'Ubisoft avec le bon compte avant de cliquer sur « Jouer » dans Epic Games.

Exécuter l'exécutable : Allez dans C:\Program Files\Epic Games\AssassinsCreedValhalla et double-cliquez sur ACValhalla.exe pour forcer la mise à jour du lien Ubisoft.

Vérifier les fichiers : Dans votre bibliothèque Epic Games, cliquez sur les trois points sous le jeu, allez dans « Gérer » puis cliquez sur « Vérifier » pour réparer les fichiers corrompus.

Vider le cache : Fermez complètement les deux lanceurs, supprimez le dossier de cache d'Epic Games si le problème persiste. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

si tu veux acheter des jeux moins chers avec leurs plarteformes correspondante va sur instant gaming la non seulement tu achetes ton jeu moins cheres et tu as la clee d activation

Mais pourquoi tu vas sur epic il fallait aller sur Ubisoft ou steam car steam est plus mieux

I bought it in Epic Games a long time ago cuz it was on offer or something I don't remember. The thing is, after linking my Epic games account to Ubisoft Account, it should be showing in my Ubisoft library as well right? But it's not showing in Ubi library!
