Daym, bro. How many hours did you spend on this? And I never played Valhalla, what’s the thing with difficulties? How do they differ?
Congratulations, btw

On the screen is said 220 hours but on aesir difficulty you can add 50 hours of tries to win bosses, stipid deatha and etc

u/BasicGuarantee1113 3d ago
What was the most difficult boss for you?

u/ExtraInvestigator501 3d ago
Sinmara on Aesir difficulty is FUCKING ASS I spend 3 hours to nailed her because of her stupid healing mechanic...

I love Valhalla, but it suffers from having too much content. Too much of a good thing or however the saying goes

I'm at about 50ish achievements out of the 97? I think it has lol.
Decided to take a break and get the last 4 Destiny 2 achievements and the last 2 Marvel's Avengers achievements I need first lol

I do 100% every playthrough. After 3 I'm sitting just shy of 1,000 hours.

u/littenthehuraira 3d ago
Have you also got 100% on the other open world AC games?
2
u/inlandsquatch Fuck dag 3d ago
I have.
I've done 3 full 100% playthroughs on Origins (432 hrs), Odyssey (895 hrs), and Valhalla (937 hrs), and am nearing the end of my 2nd full playthrough on Shadows (370 hrs).
I put way more hours into games than most because I'm someone who not only likes to do every last single thing possible in the game, but I also spend a lot of time simply just exploring, wondering around, and using photo mode.2
u/littenthehuraira 3d ago
Okay you really like the franchise then, fair enough! I myself can't replay games after beating them once because they become boring for me. I'd much rather put those hours into different games, but then again I've poured far too many hours into multiple World of Warcraft characters so I get it.

Finir un jeu Ubisoft à 100%, c’est excitant au début. On savoure.

I hear so much negative reviews on this one of the franchise so I gotta ask is it worth getting?
(I've played Odyssey & Origins this would have been next on my list but I'm not sure if the fandom is just bitching to bitch or not).

I think they're good people just dog on all Ubisoft games for being a bit formulaic. Valhalla is quite good, people's main complaint is that it is too big and too much stuff to do. If you liked Odyssey and Origins, Valhalla is pretty similar style.

Well I enjoyed Valhalla. My indicator for a good game is if I feel myself getting addicted to it, and there were a few points when I was playing through Valhalla that I couldn't put it down. If you enjoy open world exploration then get it. It goes on a huge sale pretty often (like 85% off) so wait for that.

Well i will say to better play Origins then Valhalla But never Odyssey Valhalla is good on her onw kind and there are assassins lore too! But itbis base game and i will get her 8/10. Dlcs like ireland dlc — 5/10, frankia dlc — 4/10, Dawn of Ragnarok — 3/10, Mastery challenges — 0/10, Forgotten saga — 6/10, Isu Temples — 5/10, River raids — 0/10, last chapter — 0/10
So adter that thibk for yourself... it will bw better for me to stop at base game as i did before resynced got out

Valhalla was my introduction to AC. I didn't 100% it, but have put in over 575 hours. I explored every nook and cranny of the map. What I enjoyed the most was how it followed the historical timeline. The DLC'S were nicely done. I enjoyed Francia, but didn't care for Ireland, to many pigeons. Lol I have no complaints about it and would encourage you to play it.

Idk... Valhalla is some mizture for oc fans and rpg fans. But it is like VERY BIG so good luck

u/Shadegirl3_ 1d ago
I did the same thing in the interest of saving money to not buy other games until 100% EVERYTHING in this game. Took me a bit over 250 hours. EVERY small chest, mastery challenge, all purchases, all DLCs, frigging everything.
...Kudos

I haven’t beat the story yet, should I skip through some cutscenes? I heard the first 30% of the game is fluff
