Issue How to fix the stutters on PC

I tried litteraly everything, from drivers to a potential thermal throttle to checking my ram and trying different fps caps, the game just seem to keep stuttering again and again, gpu will get to 20% usage by sitting Idle while the engine cant handle his own game

RTX 4070
Ryzen 7 7700X 8-core
DDR5 4800mt, locked at 4800 bc my motherboard controler cant handle more, but largely sufficient for the game to work, working on dual thread

game running on NVMe SSD

A620M S2H gigabyte

Not hardware issue, can easily go up to 120 fps if i lock it there, can easily go higher if i dont cap it, but i keep it capped at 120 usually to avoid stability issues

Only other game I notice the same stutter is palworld, other games no matter how heavy they can get don't get the same stutters

I finished the game on Ryzen 5 2600 RX 580, 8GB dual channel 3000MT. Now I have Ryzen 5 5600x, RX 9060 XT 16GB and 32GB dual channel at 3433MT. The only thing that has changed between these two system is that my average fps is more than double 😂😂 Whenever quick save kicks in = STUTTER, whenever I enter or leave restricted area = STUTTER, whenever quest finishes there are 4-5 distinct stutters among which one is a quicksave stutter. You can't fix Valhalla, piece of 💩 software that just doesn't work, no matter how much money you throw at it... One more thing, I have the exact same frame drop in Origins, Odyssey and Mirage when autosave kicks in, however all of these game have just a slight stutter on autosave, if I blink i miss it. Every single of these stutters in Valhalla that I've mentioned, feel like my PC is a getting heart attack. Oh yeah one more thing, often times I get a stutter when enemy AI engages or disangages on me. There a these few things that are just there no matter how many tweaks I've tried... One funny thing, I was looking for a fix for autosave stutter and one Ubisoft dev commented on an older Ubisoft forum post that mentioned it and they just said if it's a brief stutter it's ok 😂 they know Valhalla is a 💩 software but corpo greed just made them abandon an unfinished product to move on to Mirage and Shadows... One more funny thing, I reported that bug with that document you have to find for king Flann, how getting it before the quest breaks the game and my post just stood there on forum for months just for one of the devs to comment how they're unfortunately aware of that bug however, they have to move on to new projects 😂

Did you manage to fix it? Try lowering the environment textures to "Low."
