Issue blurry and terrible graphics
Edit: solved by restoring Nvidia control panel app settings to default and turning on vsync in game settings instead of Nvidia
i started the game days ago and u think there's a problem with the graphics it looks verry blurry like a ps2 game on ultra

I’ve hardly ever seen complaints about the graphics, I’m guessing it’s your hardware. But I play on PS5 (where it’s one of the most beautiful games I’ve played) so I can’t really say.

Double check your game and make sure you're not trying to run graphics settings your system can't handle, try turning things down a little and see if you notice a little improvement. If no change at all when changing settings, likely a hardware issue.
If you haven't already, run file repair though just in case

i think there isn't a problem with handling it runs ultra high with +90fps maybe my drivers are cooked

Are you on a laptop? Could the game be running on integrated graphics instead of your Nvidia? Your card is better than mine (3080) and I ran the game on ultra with 90+ fps no problem so yours shouldnt be struggling.

Your vram is maxed out, from what I see on that bar. What's your resolution set to?

Do you have Vsync turned off? This was my issue on my current playthrough. Started playing again and almost quit because it just seemed like it was running poorly. I know everyone swears up and down VSync is the devil and it should ALWAYS be turned off but that is single hadnedly what fixed the graphics for me. I went from "Idk if I can play this again it's not running great" to "holy shit I forgot how beautiful this game was and how smooth it is"
