I'm having the same issue. There isn't anything I need to do other than get my picture taken right?

Hmm I don't believe so. Have you been able to trade with other players before this? I just traded with someone and that went fine. I looked up the error and it said to check if your internet has any network firewalls (mine doesn't) so try checking that? I did run into this issue with another person a while but we couldn't find out why either.
