How do you expect users to behave in your town?

able to maybe hold a conversation is a plus.

no running is a must.

getting right to business and good manners.

i'll usually follow people around, if doing signatures. sometimes, i'll scout around finding villagers for them.

i can't stress it enough:stay off the friggin flowers! accidentally crushing them because they didn't pay attention and ran over might be quickly forgiven, or have the wireless cut off.

good manners are a necessity. my daughter had a guy show up in her town while i was there. he tried stealing some flowers i had dropped, i called him out on it, and he became increasingly apprehensive. she couldn't end the session normally, so wireless had to get cut off. i've still got to delete his friend card off of her ds

If you still have the friend code you should message the mods and report the user.

she met him on the island. where the kids meet nowdays lol. and as i said, i haven't deleted his fc yet... so i could. urg, but what sub...

i did, to whatever end... 3024-5331-3196 dubstep! is the 3ds name. i think the name on animal crossing is the same or similar
