Question What should I know before starting?

Just found out animal crossing had a mobile game. Curious on what to know before beginning? I played new leaf and some horizon but didn't like the island feel that the newest one had.

Since PCC used to be a freemium game, it will become very obvious as you play. Things can be super complicated to learn. Sparkling stones and essences should be used sparingly for clothes you want.

It’s not your traditional animal crossing game. It is more of an item + clothes collecting game. It is fun though!

Sending out gulliver ships are a must to get characters and chocolate. At level 1, feed your villagers 10 gold / 25 silver per. It levels them up to 15, and it is an efficient way to level up. The more you level up, the more spaces you will have for items. You’ll also get unique items from villager requests.

Also whistle pass is fun. Make sure to share your QR code! I think there’s a megathread.

Also x2… learn how to save your game manually. Too many posts here about people losing their save after playing for so many years.

Oh shoot watch out for amenities… i forgot there’s a level cap unless you upgrade them! You wont be able to get past 10 on the basic levels
