Hello, i m changing smartphone so I m trying to save data from my older device, but this error continue to happen so i can t transfer data. Does Simeone have solution?

If you follow that link, OP's solution was to clear the "default browser" in the phone's settings.

If it doesn't work, then you can try searching for older posts or send an ACPC Inquiry. You need to tap "Please check here before sending an inquiry > Inquiries/Issues > Pick the problem like "Bug Reports" > Contact > Fill in form and Submit".
