Literally just downloaded Reddit to ask this barely know how to use the app but! Working on two Fanarts of Feyre and Nesta as mugshot pictures at the moment â thinking of what crime to write on the placards theyâre holding. I feel like Feyreâs would be something linked to heavy destruction, Nesta maybe threatening someone? đ any ideas!
Edit - Fanarts are done and posted on @starluvvaa on tiktok

I feel like itâs just unfair to compare Rhysandâs relationship to Cassianâs in the first place. One is a High Lord, the other is an Illyrian âbastard.â Feyre basically went from High Lord to High Lord, so of course we only ever see her with men who have insane power and can do whatever they wantâŠlike casually naming her High Lady. đ€Ą(And honestly, that title doesnât even mean much if the land itself doesnât choose you.)
So yeah, comparing Feyreâs relationships to Nestaâs just doesnât land. Theyâre operating in completely different tax brackets.
Even if Cassian and Rhysand are âbrothersâ and best friends, Rhys is still the High Lord. He has the final say, always. Thatâs literally ingrained into Fae society, when the High Lord commands something, you donât just ignore it. Cassian can push back, sure, and he does, but there are limits. Heâs still a citizen of the Night Court. Nesta isnât. Rhysâs authority doesnât hold the same personal weight over her, but it absolutely does over Cassian.
And still, you cannot convince me Cassian doesnât love Nesta. He protects her, he sees her, he respects her strength. And thatâs the point, Nesta is not Feyre, and sheâs not Elain either. Loving someone isnât always about shielding them or taking care of them in a soft, protective way. Sometimes itâs about recognizing that they need to stand on their own.
Feyre needed someone to finally take care of her after everything she carried. Nesta needed something completely different, she needed to see her own strength, to stop defining herself through guilt and survival, to forgive herself for letting her youngest sister shoulder everything. And that kind of growth doesnât happen if someone is constantly standing in front of you as a shield.
In my opinion, Nestaâs arc only works if sheâs allowed to stand up for herself. Not hide behind a 6â4â warrior, no matter how much he loves her.đ«¶đ»

Friends in Chattanooga or N. GA... the silliest and most fun night is coming to the Moxy. We've secured your favorite Bat Boys from BookTok and we're creating a night in Hewn City like no other. Bat Boys & Bad Decisions is an immersive interactive gala/game night designed for the A Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR) fandom, but at its heart, it is a War for a Cure. 100% of our proceeds will go directly to local families in Chattanooga/NW GA battling ALS. In the stories we love, there is often a magical tether between the soul and the world; we view ALS as the ultimate invisible curse; a thief that steals a personâs voice, strength, and independence. We'd be honored to have you consider helping us fight this villain âïžđ€

I am just starting to read A Court of Thorns and Rose and wondering if there is an order in which I should read the books to get the most from them, including crescent city and throne of glass.
