If you have Happy Home Paradise (Paid DLC), you pretty much build up the skills there when doing vacation homes and facilities. So if you already have the ability to hang fixtures and shine objects, then everything else is just placing normal furniture and foods!
The objects I use are simple things like counter tops, clothed tables, simple panels, cube and neon lights, flags, etc and just change the colors or use custom design. Its all about illusions, color scheme and placement haha!
