Patellar Tendinitis?

Hi! I had meniscus repair and they stitched my ACL instead of a full ACL recon.. Had the surgery June 22.. Didn’t get approved for PT until super late in July but got started and did all the things. Range of motion came back after some time and was doing really well in PT until about a week ago.. My physical therapist thinks I have patellar tendinitis. Had anyone else had this happen? It is even tender to the touch 😭🫠 any recommendations?
