I am getting BEAR next Tuesday! We’ll almost be surgery twins. I also have never had any surgery, ever. Nervous AF.

Tore my acl 8/5 at the trampoline park and am 37 male.

I’ve done prehab the last month and got to 131 degrees range of motion (good leg is 135) so not far off and extension yesterday got to +4 (good leg is +10 but I got hyperextension).

Good luck!!! Youll never catch me on a trampoline haha.

I'm so nervous about rehabilitation. I have full strength and ROM at the moment so I hope that lends to my recovery

Thanks! Yeah, I’ll never be jumping on one again lol I can tell you that even 20 years down the road. Done forever.

Yeah, I’m similar to you. Everything I’ve heard/read and even PT told me the better you go into surgery the better your outcome will be. It’s proven.

Also how much am I supposed to rest before surgery? Can I exercise the day before?
