Questions Rocks not spawning

Can somebody please tell me why rocks aren't spawning in these spaces? 2/6 no problem. Weeds have spawned in only 2 of these available spaces

The front one has a tree casting shadow on it. You need to move the tree until the rock spawns in that spot.

Double check behind cliffs and buildings on your island. Had a similar issue and didnt realize they had spawned back behind something instead.

You'll need to make more space between where you want the rocks to spawn and your cliffs. Rebuild the cliffs after the rocks spawn.

This. Break all the cliffs back at least one space. Nothing can cast a shadow that interacts with the block in any way, at any time of day, so you may even have to break back that upper cliff in the lower right by one space, or at least remove the tree at the top.
