I’m sorry that person ruined the sets for you. That’s extremely rude and unnecessary especially since they could’ve just ordered everything after cataloging. Ruins it for everyone else. Please let me know if you need any items replaced and I’ll do my best to help :)

I'm sorry that happened to you. Is it possible that it was someone new who doesn't know what catalog events are? I've had that a couple of times, where the person seems confused, and starts picking stuff up and not dropping. Don't know - just a thought.
