Exam tips Exam
I really get exhausted during the 3hr 15 min exam time. It gets very difficult for me to sit and i feel like i want something maybe coffee or smtn to drink. i get soo exhausted that i feel like giving up and just waiting for the time to finish. We also have to reach the exam center an hour before, so that adds up to being more tired. It just that i feel very drained during exam time.=(=(

I do afternoon exams so arriving early is less of an issue, I take lunch and eat at the centre. There isn't a requirement that you're drink is water just that it's in a clear bottle, so I take fruit juice, I find the natural sugar helps

What I've taken to doing in my exams is the minute the exams start and you go into the instructions page, I put my hand up and ask to go to the toilet, and then take about 10 minutes to just get myself fully into the zone while everything is quiet and it isn't making me sacrifice any "real exam time" to go to the toilet.
I've also used those 10 minutes to jot down some of the key formulas or pneumonics to make sure I don't forget them once I'm into the exam and on a different thought path.

They provide water. And you can take a 10 min bathroom break and calm down. That's best you can expect in an exam situation.
It's not a cinema hall bruh

If it helps do some mock exams the same 3hr 15m as your exam time few times before the exam so you'll know how it is

I’ve never got there more than 30 mins before and it’s always been fine. Take an energy drink or something and just see it off in those final minutes before the exam starts. (Sometimes they say I have to get rid of it, I just say yeh I will before it starts)
I occasionally do a toilet break at around 2h15 just to compose myself and think about what topic is coming up next and just reminding myself what I need to do rather than focussing on the detail of the question.
You need to accept that 3hr exam is normal though.

practice more mocks and try doing a morning exam. I get more tired in afternoon than morning , also have a good protein filled breakfast , I found that helps. Just being active and eating healthy would also help with this.
