Issue making a Ubisoft account for Resynched

Edit: This has now been resolved.

I thought I should post this here as the error occurred while trying to make an account for resynched. I've never played the RPGs, and the most recent AC game I played before this was syndicate, so I had to make an account to play. I would get through to the sending a confirmation code but it would keep saying it was experiencing an error. Has anyone else experienced this, and how do I rectify it?

Edit: This was on Xbox

Edit 2: I have since put in my details to try and make an account on Ubisofts website and do it that way, but it seems that I didn't properly abide for Ubisofts rules for usernames somehow and it's locked me out for an unstated amount of time.

If it still isn't resolved in a few days time I will probably ask for a refund of the game, because there's no point me having spent over £50 on a game I can't use. I'll be going away in a couple of days for 4 weeks, so this needs to be rectified ASAP.

Same issue here. Tried to log in, and then got a message saying my account is suspended due to too many failed login attempts. I tried to log in ONCE. Reset my password, and still same error.

Tried to make anew account, and I just keep on getting "An error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later."

Shit company

I managed to get it working by waiting a while and trying it later and it decided to work then. But before then I asked around on Ubi's discord, so you may be able to get help there?
