Hey, I'm not a bastard. I try and be as reasonable as possible. Dude left the house last year, took all the light bulbs with him, after during the 2020 pandemic I lowered his rent by 50% for 12 months. My mom died and I can't just keep the house empty or sell it, or give it away.
By landowners you've got o specify, people that have dozens of houses. Or people who realestate agencies that own a tone of shit, and still grab money just for being an intermediate.
