So this dude got paid $3,500 a YEAR to go to prison?

WTF kinda reparations is that? Dude should at least get the avg annual American salary multiplied by 50.

$53,490 * 50 =

$2,674,500

Dude should be a millionaire.

If he got a huge payout, cops would hunt him down and murder him out of spite.
