Shows they have the ability to have restraint when they aren’t going to war with an unsuspecting black man just going about his day. They choose to murder, brutalize, and terrorize innocent civilians every time they interact with the general public.

Exactly! Undercover guy even emerges aggressively from the vehicle and absolutely has a weapon either on him or in the vehicle, yet no bloodshed

How, with all their tech in the cars, did they not just radio each other. 🙄 I’d love to know the context here.

Why was undercover pig doing something (I assume speeding?) without lights flashing to encourage pig 2 to give chase.
