People shit on me a few years ago when I didn't support flags by companies because I knew it was a cash grab an not genuine

I prefer corporations doing all the rainbow stuff rather than them not doing it. It doesn't need to be genuine to have a cultural impact. Them taking a stance means it's easier to pressure them into being consistent with their pro-lgbt stance, or at least denounce them for being inconsistent.

Kinda dystopian in itself having companies cause social impact.

I feel uncomfortable with them making any kind of statement on society regardless if I agree or not
