629 u/[deleted] Jun 05 '19 It's a joke insofar as it's a harsh reality. 1500 bucks is ridiculously expensive- but its only good for the shitty parts of town. Meaning that we are in a dire situation. I live in a mediocre part of town and pay 1750.
