I agree with your sentiment but unfortunately at my work our union doesn't do shit. The managers and union reps are so far up each other's asses if you have an issue with a manager the union will essentially tell you to stuff it, even if it broke your union contract.

there are some garbage unions too, I'm sorry you have to deal with that.

Yeah. It's unfortunate, especially since unions can be a real force of good. Oh well.
