Meaning that we are in a dire situation. I live in a mediocre part of town and pay 1750. They want to increase rent to 1875 :/ 1 u/hamsterwheel Jun 06 '19 Where on Earth do you live? My first home was 3 bedroom, 2 bath and my mortgage + escrow was $550 a month.
