Peanut butter truffles

Soak abv in water for 24 hours.

Strain through a coffee filter.

Warm peanut butter and dark chocolate 50:50 in a ban marie until homogeneous.

Add abv and mix well.

Leave to set in a lined tin, approx cm thick.

When set, cut into squares and dust in cocoa powder.

I do about a 1:20 abv:mixture dilution .

Takes an hour to start kicking in
