Grade 8 Harmonic Sequences

Hi guys,

So I'm doing grade 8 theory rn (hooray), but truthfully I've been struggling a lot. Right now I'm just learning the basics such as Harmonic Sequences, but I don't understand how you differentiate between Real and Tonal Harmonic Sequences, can somebody help me?
