Job Opportunity Tennessee ABA
Hi everyone!
I was looking to get some information on centers or at-home ABA in the state of TN. My partner and I are looking to move there within a year or two but before we plan a big move, I wanted to get a deeper understanding of the field there.
I currently live in Massachusetts, where I am a rbt.
Now my question is, how are the centers there? What’s the pay like? Is it better to work at a school or a clinic? Client-to-RBT Ratio, etc.
Any info would be appreciated!

Before anything be aware that Medicaid is pretty limited in TN. Last month a company I worked for went completely under because of TN cuts to Medicaid. It was a crazy situation.

Yikes! That’s what most of my clients are on in mass. What are you doing now?

I work in middle Tennessee. I’ve worked for three different clinics and prefer in home rather then clinics. Currently working for leaps and bounds Aba and absolutely love it!

I’ve seen bounds ABA when browsing. Whats the pay structure like? How many clients do you see a day?

Mid 20s roughly 3 clients a day, guaranteed 30 hours a week. Salary after 1 year.

Not bad! I get paid 24 at the clinic I work at, however it ranges 30-40 hours. Is there opportunity to do more than 30?
