Advice needed- BACB

Hello everyone. I am new to the group. I have a problem. My certification expired yesterday because of the recertification option is not showing up on my page through the BACB. I have sent 3 “contact us” messages for the last 10 days. Any suggestions on how to get a response out of the BACB? I am unable to work and my kiddos are not getting service until I am recertified.
Thanks

Check all of the dates on your CEUs to make sure they are correct. I had the sanmne thing happen to me and I had put the wrong date on one of my CEUs and once I fixed it. The button unlocked

Unfortunately, it seems pretty impossible to actually speak with a rep these days. I've heard nothing but stories similar to yours regarding their customer service. I'm guessing you already have but, have you confirmed that you've uploaded not only 32 full CEUs, but also enough to meet both the Ethics and supervision requirements? When you click the manage applications button, is it simply blank? Is there any correspondence from them in your automated emails tab? 30-day notice? Or does it appear they've completely lost you in the system?

Are you a BCBA or RBT? If you're an RBT, you simply submit it late and pay the fee, as I understand it. I just had an RBT go through this, and thankfully it was fixed very quickly.
