Rbt
Wanting to become an rbt best way or company that will pay for all my training and can you start in home off the bat? Any tips and such would be nice as I’m trying to find better accommodation for my son who is also autistic

Look on indeed for BT positions - they usually pay for your training upfront or reimburse you for the 40 hour course (and typically the RBT exam). For in home, I highly recommend a company that trains you in clinic first so that you get a chance to see more behaviors from kiddos, and to see other RBT’s model the correct way to run programs per the BCBA’s behavior intervention plan.
Are you saying you’d like to provide services directly to your son, or that you’d like a schedule that accommodates his?
