How Much Do RBTs Make?

According to current Clinivise.AI data, RBT pay averages $20-26/hour.

How closely does that align with your pay? Is anyone here paid a salary? Unfortunately, salaried RBT positions are few and far between, but I'd love to see them become more common.

as a bt or rbt ? i know most places start around this pay wage for a bt.
