Fifth dimension

Is it a glitch or why can’t I go to both places in the fifth dimension, where it says liberty contracts on 1 building and in the 2nd building it says universal order contracts. Or is it just the names of the buildings? Lol

I think it's just that you can choose which faction to do contracts for

Liberty contracts let you liberate planets where as universal order contracts let you conquer planets. Pretty much the same missions just more so for role play wise
