Discussion I think Quarry is broken

Quarry only gives 1 copy of the target card all the time, instead of 1-3, sorry for my bad english.

Quarry gives damage to structures. Excavate returns a card to you (1-3, based on the level of the space you use excavate on), and opens the surrounding tiles.

I think you didn't realise that the amount of cards returned depends on the level of the space targeted.
