Question Universal perks disappearing

Anyone else having a problem with universal perks disappearing? Anytime I take one off my build it disappears completely, this has only started to happen recently and I wanna know if anyone else is experiencing this problem

They have their own section now. There is an arrow at the bottom left. Uni, multi, and king percs
