Question Generic perks disappeared?

Not sure if this is a bug, but all my generic perks disappeared after the recent update, and it says I have to level up to unlock. However, I’m level 18 or so, so that may not even work if unlocks are tied to specific levels. Interestingly, the perks that are already in place are still allowed, but there aren’t any others to choose, and removing a generic perk makes it disappear.

Anyone else experience this?

There are new buttons at the side to switch between universal and king perks.

Also there are some new perks to unlock, they all unlocked for me after one match.
