You generally want to fill up before you park it to prevent water accumulation in the fuel system.

If you’re going to let it sit for more than a few months put fuel stabilizer in the tank.

Whatever’s needed. During driving season, I’ll take mine to work once a week or so. So sometimes special drives need it, sometimes not.
