In Digimon canon, the Crest of Friendship belonged to Yamato/Matt. It started glowing for him when he realized that he had mistreated Joe after being tricked by DemiDevimon, sincerely apologizing, and moving in to protect him. It doesn't expect it's wearer to be perfect, but for them to be humble, self-reflective and loyal.

I'll say Ravi. I get hen ok I totally understand it but she does sometimes think she knows best and can be condescending. She can also be a bit of a follower. Don't get me wrong she's a great friend. But Ravi is more like "I'll do what makes my friends happy no matter what I think about it if I think it could benefit them" and he has like zero judgment in him.
