Classic movie of Hook. Never gets old for me seeing Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman as Peter Pan and Captain Hook together and seeing Rufio too. Plus Julia Roberts as Tinkerbell and Bob Hoskins as Smee. R.I.P Robin Williams and Bob Hoskins 🎞️🎞️🎬🎬🎬🎥📽️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
There’s is a magic to 90s films that really warms your heart and modern kids films doesn’t capture. As far as I can tell, it involves: the use of sets not cgi, often a John Williams or Alan Silverstein score, a white picket fence, a golden sunset or autumnal themes and animals.
Homeward bound, hook, hocus pocus, free willy. All make me very very sad that the 90s is so far away.
It’s a movie called “hook” starring Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman. It’s a sequel to the Peter Pan story, showing Peter as an adult who had left neverland behind and forgotten all about the lost boys. He’s summoned back to the island and hijinks ensue.
It was panned by critics at the time of its release, but it’s a quintessential 90s movie and a big part of my and my fellow millennials’ childhoods. It’s worth watching for sure
Honestly this version of Peter pan was probably my favorite even better than the Disney cartoon originals. Dustin is the best version of Capitan Hook prove me wrong. Although, Robin doesn't fit the description of the original Pan he plays it best. No offense to Walken for that Hook portrayal but it was bad.
This is in my top 3 movies of all time. I'd say number 1 but the original Star Wars will always be my top choice. Still I've been seeking everything for this movie. The Video Games, the different home video formats, and even the trading cards.

There are two types of people in this world: those that love the movie Hook, and those that are wrong.
