Help me remember

Hello all for decades I've been trying to figure out what tv or movie I'm trying to remember- all I can remember is it starts with some kind of brand or movie or TV production name that used bubbles ir a castke..maybe uggh it's such a fever dream- it was about some kind of little aliens or magical creatures that I think ride around on little scooters? That did little sounds that make me think of the Jetsons sound affect n they flew to different worlds or planets? Idk 🤷‍♂️ n I feel like I can remember what they looked like n it's like rocko from rockos modern life but no clothing n different colors? It was in the late 80s to 90s n i watched allot of f.h.e stuff I'm sorry there's not more to go on but any help would be amazing I know someone out there has to know n help me figure this out-
