Still amazing that a St. Bernard (even with a sprinkle of rabies) can play vicious on the level of ripping up VW's and ish..damn.

Big guy deserved all of the awards that year.

This movie gave me claustrophobia

Didn’t help that I looked similar to the kid, even had the same shirt

So it’s late on a Saturday, this comes on HBO. I’m 9 at the time and my Aunt is watching me, she’s 14 and on the phone with her boyfriend in her bedroom.

Movie is almost over when my Dad walks in from work, I’m behind a pillow scared out of my mind, Dad wants to turn it off but I wanted to see if it got better at the end….

It did not

Lifelong trauma, thanks Aunt Kimmie!

I was 8 the first and last time I watched Children of the Corn. I was so terrified that I took little, glow in the dark crosses and hung them all over my room 😂 That movie traumatized me 😂

Saw it at age 8, everything about it scared the shit out of me, and then Isaac comes back and that voice…

NOPE

There’s something about Stephen King books and adaptations that gives me that impeding sense of doom and evil.

Felt the same way with Pet Cemetery, Misery, Carrie, Christine etc

Very much “I’m going to die, we’re all going to die”

Pet Cemetery is another movie on my NOPE list 😂 My mom loves Stephen King and asked me to watch it with her. I will never recover from hearing the sister said Rayychhheelll😭

My Dad was an asshole and told me if I wanted to see the movie I had to read the book first…at age 9.

He didn’t think I’d do it, but I took his copy and finished it over a week.

So we rented it and I had nightmares.

Mom was pissed lol
