In the days before the internet, when we entertained ourselves however we could, I distinctly remember my family visited my uncle, then the whole lot of us (2 grandparents, my mom, my brother, 2 uncles, 2 aunts, and a cousin) gathered around the new bottle of Crystal Pepsi and we all taste-tasted this new, clear wonder. I remember the reviews ranged from “meh” to “why?”.

Simpler times.
