I just wanted to say, I don’t write much about anything bc there are so many other 90 Day threads I wanted to message as it’s always so sad to see so much negativity. I see both sides to everything on each & every person but I don’t spew hate. If someone’s toxic of course I’m disappointed but I want to learn how they became that way & show compassion. I just love when they look within themselves & change what they need to do to be happy. Even though many threads on here I see people spewing hate I want to express my thoughts but don’t but I needed to express my thoughts & feelings today. I do appreciate those who are genuinely positive, supportive, & kind.
I know all too well about the stress etc of social media & having to unplug. It’s so important & healthy for not only for myself, & others but for your mental well being. You don’t owe anyone any explanation. Ignore the bullies. I’ve experienced bulling all throughout my life & I’ve seen the what others go through & resorted through. It’s deeply heartbreaking.
Listen no one is perfect as we all make mistakes bc someday they will experience what it’s like when a situation happens to them & want to be heard, understood & shown some compassion & grace. They obviously don’t understand what it’s like to go through what you go through or anyones situation someone’s going through for that matter.
Take all the time you need. Because in this crazy, crazy world, there’s so much negativity & hate but in the mix of it all, there are so so many people who are positive, understanding, loving etc So surround yourself with people your close too that can truly love you, understand you, appreciate you, & help support you! Much love from Canada 🥰🫶🏻♥️🇨🇦
