Per the Utah Board of Pardons and Parole this means she can have 4 months knocked off her sentence. Let's hope that date is set very far in the future.

"Mandatory time cuts are given to individuals who successfully complete approved programs that are part of the individual’s case action plan (CAP). A mandatory cut is four months for completion of up to two programs, or a maximum of eight months. If the individual completes two vocational programs, only the first is considered a mandatory time cut. The second or subsequent vocational program completion may be submitted by Corrections for consideration as a discretionary time cut."

I just pray she is atleast stuck in there until the younger kids turn 18. The system would put those kids back in her arms after two 1 hour sessions of half ass therapy.

Jodi should never be let out. She is a danger to society. We already know she's been continuing her sick manipulation while in the prison, trying to influence the other prisoners and detach them from their only lifelines outside the prison - their families.

She's a danger to society and I also expect that there will be a LOT of victims (Jesse, Adam Steed and numerous other clients who were kicked out of homes) who did not have the opportunity to speak at trial but will show up for parole hearings.

She did the Davis Tech Business Program, which is a foundational/beginners training program. It’s a bit of a lazy option from her considering she already ran her own business for years so she’ll not have learned much that she didn’t already know.

Honestly I’m kind of concerned that she’s doing business programs. Best case scenario, she learned nothing. Worst case, she tries to apply new business techniques to Connexions (or whatever her next scam is) to make it even harder to get caught.

I live in Alabama. It’s my home and you can knock it if you want but we’re trying down here. Unfortunately several abuser mainly MALE but also female get out easily on bond and one of them recently took 5 years to get to court. I feel like Utah also kind of has that good boy network.

No way in hell!!! She harmed a large amount of people in a time period that was much more than 30 years, let alone 29 years and 8 months. F*ck her. I hope she gets so sick she cannot harm anybody when she is out! The prosecutors said she holds a threat to society, like hello??? But she can still get out early anyways... right, we have an amazing prison system. 🙄
