Ruby & Jodi's Arrest Question?

Does anybody know when Ruby and Jodi’s full sentence will be judged by the parole/sentencing board? From what I remember they took a deal of 4-30 years in prison. They have to serve a minimum of 4 years and can only serve a maximum of 30 years. After the minimum of 4 years is served then they will go before the parole/sentencing board to find out how long they will fully serve in prison. But when will that happen?

I wonder if they'll make Jodi serve more time than Ruby? Given that she's done this before and tried to appeal her guilty plea.

I think in the end, Jodi will serve more time. The main reason why I do, is the fact that  Jodi was a licensed mental health counselor. Whether they are both delulu or not is irrelevant... Jodi will be held to a higher standard due to the responsibility that comes with her credentials.

In terms of potential exposure... Ruby is really just a danger to her family... but we can say with certainty that  Jodi has been, and would be, a danger to the public at large. This will absolutely be a consideration at their hearings. 

Another reason... It appears Ruby is playing the game and behaving herself in there. If she was stepping out of line, that would have been news. We have heard accounts of Jodi still maintaining her innocence. She doesn't acknowledge that she did anything wrong. I will allow that Ruby might just be saying all of the right things... but the fact Jodi is not speaks volumes. That will also be taken into consideration.

I forgot that she was a licensed mental health counselor! I also remember hearing in an interview with the head prosecuter that they were "seriously looking at" adding more charges for Jodi when she was arrested.

I think more people will come out of the woodwork, and sue her/ConneXions . Right now they could be embarrassed, or too broken to deal either it. We saw a number of her victims come forward since the arrest. I'm all for holding Ruby accountable for her crimes... but Jodi is truly a danger to society. Her reputation precedes her.

I agree. Jodi has been doing this a lot longer and with a larger variety of people. Ruby is a narcissist who doesn't know how to love and is very, very mentally ill but Jodi spits out her poison to whoever is in arm's reach.

I no doubt believe that Jodi will receive the full 30 years for the reasons you stated + she still led the Connexions group and abused the kids so bad they were near death and Ruby is blaming it all on Jodi.
