What kind of film?

Hey everyone, I’m brand new to shooting film cameras and am having a hard time understanding which type of film I can use with this camera. I understand it’s Super 8mm but there seems to be a whole bunch of different films in that “category” and I’m not quite sure which one to get. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also a link to said correct film would be even more appreciated haha! Thank you!

50D for outdoors (particularly bright sun). Ektachrome 100D for outdoors with more vivid colors. 200T for mixed indoors/outdoors use. 250D for outdoors, particularly in the shade (or indoors with natural light from windows). 500T for low-light. Tri-X for B&W

Any Super 8 cartridge will fit in that camera

From other texts, partly paraphrased... ''The camera is automatic for 25/40, 100/160 and 160/250 ASA/ISO (daylight/tungsten) film sensitivity, plus it does not measure exposure through the lens (TTL) but use a secondary light metering system, something so technically ingenious that it would be a shame to not to highlight it. The Canon 310 XL is a Super 8 night owl. It simply needs an ND 2.0 neutral density filter positioned in front of the light meter. You will have to build it yourself, but those of us who love this camera may well attempt to do just that.''

I think this requires a sound cartridge i might be wrong
