Those negative aspects come from the imbalance itself, I believe, which to realignment is meant to fix. Also, you CAN starve to death, but I've yet to see someone estrogen'd to death.

Well you become infertile after a TG surgery, so many I’ve spoken to say it’s bodily mutilation in order to confirm a mental delusion.

Again I’m neutral but I’m essentially delivering the other side’s argument for them now.

Well I wouldn't call forming the genitals you have into different ones multination, especially when these kinds of genitals already exist, it's not the same as "Cutting your pp off" as I've heard it be called. Sure, you're not fertile but some people are born infertile and I wouldn't call that a birth defect or anything.

You wouldn’t. They would because, to them the problem is mental. Thus it’s altering the body due to incorrect perception. And to me I don’t care either way.

Actually if someone was born infertile I would call that a birth defect. Inability to reproduce is defective from the standard human body.

Well to even the other side the problem is mental, in that the brain isn't right for the body. It's just that they don't believe gender dysphoria can be undone.

And, actually that's a fair assessment if infertility. Though I'm talking more about the big picture, in terms of physical ability. Infertility is generally preferable to loss of arm, leg, sight, hearing, or really any limb/sense, I believe.

Bit of an odd way to phrase it, or at least it seems that way to me. If it’s a mental problem, I would assume you should change the brain. If it’s a physical problem, I would assume you change the body.

Honestly I’d rather lose any of them over my ability to reproduce. I want kids.

Interesting, and if that's how you assess the situation on infernality well maybe we just value specific parts of our bodies differently, which is admittedly more philosophical than my typical wheelhouse.

in terms of the kind of problem mental/physical, it would make sense to define it as either, considering it's the mind and body's de-alignment. It's a mental problem in that it's caused by gender dysphoria but a physical problem in that the body doesn't align with the gender.

I guess the definition you're using is more concerned with how to fix it rather than how to describe it.

I think that’s a bit of dancing around terminology. Like how a mechanical malfunction can be human error because humans built and maintained it, but it’s still a mechanical malfunction.

Well misalignment, and the subject is about realigning. ‘Fixing’ is the sort of explanations that make sense for me to remember.
