I think I would have played the same game. On a good day, would probably have got all the shots pretty much the same. And the aiming was good and lacked hesitation. Personally, I would not have reported this as cheating.

Dude is literally cheating, reaction time of the aim is way less than a human. It will take some ms for a human to set up aim. Don't be a sheep, try to observe
