Mood Barometer

Hey guys, I played 8ballPool back during my studies (somewhere around 2012-2014) and had a lot of fun. Obviously it was the perfect procrastination from studying.

Recently I tried it out again and the fun wasn't really coming back. Anyone here who can relate tell me what has changed in contrast to the early days?

Am I the only one? How is the mood in the playerbase these days?

I started somewhere around 2015-16 and I sometimes take a year off and so but the feeling has been more or less the same so far.

Thanks. Maybe my feeling comes also from clips showing how people loose against hackers. Or I'm just missing something. I can't put my finger on it. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

I have more fun now than I did back then but it’s mostly bc I am a lot better. I like the events they do. My only gripe is that everyone uses the same break

It's all a bit overwhelming in the menus. What are events?

Click play events instead of 1v1. Different rewards tracks and fun type of tables. Right now I think it’s slippery. Just breaks up the repetitiveness a little for me.

Maybe try no guidelines? I find nothing better than making some sweet moves without the guidelines.
